As all products are custom-made and produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

All made-to-order and customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
